2. Do I need to create an account with Brickfielder?

It is not necessary to create an account in order to shop with us. Creating an account allows you to store addresses in order to save time in the future.

3. Why do you need my email address to process my order? And what is it used for?

It’s important to us that we keep you up-to-date regarding the order process and informed of any transactions/orders that you make on www.brickfielder.co.uk. In order to do this, we need an email address. We never pass on your email address to any third party so your security is guaranteed.

5. I would like to return a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, how do I do this?

If a given item bought from the Brickfielder online shop, does not comply with the quality standards of Brickfielder, please first write an email to info@brickfielde.co.uk. This refers also to items bought at reduced prices from our website. We will answer you as soon as possible. Change of items is possible only if the item has been bought from www.brickfielder.co.uk online shop.

6. Can I return something that was not ordered from the www.brickfielder.co.uk online shop?

Please understand that we are only able to accept items purchased from our www.brickfielder.co.uk online shop.

7. What happens if a product is not available in the required size/colour?

8. I have returned an item, now how do I get my money back?

Reimbursement is usually completed between 3 and 5 days after receiving and conducting the quality check of your returned package. Paying by credit card: The value of the returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card account.

9. What is the time limit a buyer has to return an item?

Within 28 days from the transaction for the purchase made to return the item bought by him/her.
Remember that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items. Please keep the package delivery note for the item.

10. Can I exchange an item?

11. Can I change my order?

You can change the item, color or size, if your order has not left our warehouse.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelation of an order can be done by writing to us at the following e-mail address info@brickfielder.co.uk. As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled.

14. How do I know if my purchase was received correctly?

17. What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

If the courier of DHL does not find you at home, you will receive a notification card informing you that a second attempt will be made on a specified date. The courier will call you to find appropriate time for delivery. It is necessary for you to provide mobile phone in your Brickfielder online order.

19. Do non-EU orders benefit from 0% Tax?

Yes, as long as your delivery address is outside the EU, you can benefit from 0% Tax on all of your orders. This will be automatically deducted from your order.

20 .I am a Non-EU citizen and my order was delivered to the UK. I am now travelling back to my non-EU country of residence. Can I claim back VAT on my order?

No, unfortunately you cannot claim back VAT on mail order or internet purchases. This is a rule set out by HMRC as directed by the UK government.
